Water Ingress Investigation & Repairs – London

Several residents of the London based property had noted water staining within their apartments. Rappel were called in by the building management company to visually inspect the external facade and carry out a water ingress investigation using IRATA industrial rope access techniques.

Our abseil team identified multiple areas during the assessment where the EPDM gaskets and seals had deteriorated, allowing water to ingress in to the property. Replacement materials were sourced and the defective elements rectified  following day.
