Position: Project Administrator

Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Type: Part-time, Permanent. Flexible, 15 – 20 hours per week.

Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Flexible hours to work around personal commitments.

Pay: £12.00 per hour.

Benefits: Annual Bonus, Company Pension, Holiday + Bank Holidays.

The Role

We have a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join our growing team. Based at our office in Ellesmere Port, in this role you will be supporting our operational and commercial teams with day-to-day and general clerical tasks, including:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reception duties – processing general enquiries via phone, email, and social networks.
  • Supporting project coordinators with accommodation and travel bookings.
  • Assisting with producing project-related documentation and work packs.
  • Hardcopy and digital file organisation, compiling, binding, and record keeping duties.
  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering project materials and equipment.
  • Maintaining stock levels of office supplies, stationary and consumables.
  • Helping with stores and equipment inventory management.
  • Aiding our sales team in generating quote templates, documentation and reports.
  • Customer service tasks – tracking and updating sales and order progress.
  • Managing mail, post, deliveries, and organising courier services.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar Clerical or Administration role essential.
  • Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and CRM applications beneficial.
  • Proficient in prioritising, organising and planning tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
