Abseil Building Inspection & Survey – Manchester

Rappel were requested to undertake a full external building inspection and survey of a ten-story commercial premises located in Manchester City Centre, UK. IRATA industrial rope access abseil systems were deployed enabling full access to all elevations of the building. The inspection team visually checked the condition of the rainscreen cladding systems, window gasket seals and steelwork members. Upon completion of the survey, a follow on report of the inspection findings including elevation drawings and supporting photographs was compiled, allowing our customer to determine a maintenance plan.
