Project Scope

In the spring of 2022, Rappel was commissioned to undertake the annual high-level cleaning and LOLER inspection works at the Royal Air Force Museum Midlands.

Due to the layout and nature of the structure, the vast display of aviation models housed in the several hangars that comprise the museum facility requires routine cleaning via Rope Access techniques.

Alongside the high-level cleaning work, our team also carries out the annual LOLER (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) inspection of all the components for the suspended displays, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
